Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Please note that it may take extra time during holidays.
Shipping can take 7-12 business days (after processing). Tracking information is available after 2-4 days of placing your order and it should be sent straight to your email. Check spam if it’s not there.

Packages shipped via Priority Shipping are typically given priority in the shipping company's system. This means they are processed and handled with greater care and speed throughout the shipping process.
Currently, we exclusively provide shipping services to customers residing in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.
Please open your Shipping Confirmation email and click on “View your order”. Your tracking number should be displayed. You can click on it and begin to track your order.

To cancel an order with GolfCai, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to contact@onfave.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request”.
- Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in the email.
- A member of our customer support team will review your request and confirm the cancellation via email.
Orders can only be canceled on the same day of purchase before our daily cut-off time, which is Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 GMT +1. After the cut-off time, or if the order has already been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. If you wish to return an item after it has been shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy for further guidance.
